The price increase will affect filtration grades produced by Ahlstrom globally, sold for transportation and specialty filtration applications, and will be effective from 1 January 2010.

The level of increase will depend on the markets, the constituents of the products, and the structure of the agreements in place. The price increase range will vary up to 10%.
