Millipore Corp has named John Sweeney as vice president of its Life Science strategic business unit.
Sweeney previously served as vice president of strategy and marketing services for Millipore’s Bioscience division.
“John is uniquely qualified to continue the transformation of our Life Science business,” said Jonathan DiVincenzo, president of Millipore’s Bioscience division. “His success in the areas of strategy and business development will be invaluable in our efforts to bring innovative new products and solutions to our customers working in protein research and cell biology.”
