Mr Goulet has been chairman of the board since
H2O Innovation's founding, but will continue to collaborate with the company in identifying and evaluating international sales and development opportunities.
The
H2O Innovation directors have appointed Philippe Gervais as the company’s new chairman of the board. Previously vice-chairman of the board, Philippe Gervais has been one of
H2O Innovation’s directors since December 2001. He has also served on the board’s various committees over the course of this period. Mr Goulet will not be replaced on the board.
