Norm Johnson, the current CEO of Clarcor, will assume the role of executive chairman from that date.
Johnson will assist Conway while continuing to oversee Clarcor’s board of directors until his retirement from the company on 30 November 2012, the last business day of the Clarcor 2012 fiscal year.
“Chris becoming CEO and my assuming the role of executive chairman is the next step in our planning process,” said Johnson.
