The two companies will explore various financing structures for water projects. Mizuho will also use its global customer network to introduce potential business partners involved in the water industry to Hyflux.
Separately, Mizuho will provide US$26 million for partial financing of the construction cost for the Hyflux Innovation Centre which will house Hyflux’s headquarters and research centre in Singapore when it is completed next year.
