Nederman Norclean transfers production from Norway to Sweden

18 January 2011

Nederman Norclean AS is moving production from its plant in Sandefjord, Norway to the Nederman production units in Töredal and Helsingborg, Sweden.

The closure of the Nederman Norclean Sandefjord facility will affect 25 people. Some new positions will be created in Töredal and Helsingborg, which will be offered to the affected people in Sandefjord.

Nederman Norclean produces a range of industrial vacuum cleaning systems for the extraction, collection, separation and transportation of a wide variety of materials and liquids.

The transfer of Nederman Norclean production to Helsingborg and Töredal will start immediately and should be completed by the end of the second quarter 2011.

The decision is a result of Nederman’s ongoing analysis of its businesses and operational structure, following the acquisition of Dantherm Filtration last year.
