Nederman divests Finnish Dantherm Filtration business to Indutrade

04 January 2011

Nederman Holding AB is selling its shares in Dantherm Filtration Oy to Indutrade Oy.

Dantherm Filtration Oy has 12 employees and an annual turnover of about €3 million.

Indutrade’s subsidiary Tecalemit Oy has distributed Nederman products in Finland for the last 27 years.

Nederman president and CEO Sven Kristensson said: “The Indutrade subsidiary Tecalemit has been a successful distributor of Nederman products for many years and has achieved a leading market position in Finland. This transaction further strengthens Nederman’s and Indutrade’s mutual competitiveness on the Finnish market.”

The divestment is part of Nederman’s ongoing analysis of its businesses and operational structure, following last year’s acquisition of Dantherm Filtration.
