Mitsubishi Electric installs ozone water treatment system in Japanese water plant

Mitsubishi Electric Corp has delivered an ozone water treatment system to the Hanshin Water Supply Authority’s Amagasaki Waterworks, which supplies purified water to the cities of Kobe, Amagasaki, Nishinomiya and Ashiya in Japan.

The Mitsubishi ozone water treatment system comprises an ozone generator, a contact tank and an off-ozone gas destructor.

The new ozone water treatment system will increase water treatment capacity at the Amagasaki Waterworks and help stabilize water supply.
