One-click tap mounted filtration from Procter & Gamble

10 August 2010

The PUR tap water filter offers up to 100 gallons of drinking water and reduces certain industrial and agricultural pollutants, heavy metals, sediments and chlorine by-products.

Procter & Gambles’ (P&G) PUR tap water filter also removes 99% of lead, trace levels of pharmaceuticals and microbial cysts. However, PUR leaves behind essential fluoride, which is important for developing and maintaining healthy teeth in children and adults. For each PUR one-click tap mount purchase, one week of clean drinking water is provided to children in the developing world through PUR's continued partnership with P&G's Children's Safe Drinking Water (CSDW) Programme.

In addition, by visiting PUR's Facebook page and participating in the ‘Daily Drop’ programme, one click of the mouse is all it takes to donate one week of clean drinking water to children in the developing world.
