Two potting compounds from H.B. Fuller receive NSF certification

FE7811 Epoxy and UR2187 Polyurethane for hollow fibre water filtration have been tested and certified by NSF to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 – ‘Drinking Water System Components – Health Effects’.

Jeff Swoboda, H.B. Fuller marketing manager, said: “While pursuing this certification by NSF International is a significant investment, H.B. Fuller felt it was an important step to take on behalf of our customers. H.B. Fuller focuses on perfecting adhesives, including those for the water filtration industry. We will continue to demonstrate this commitment by working in partnership with our customers to help them meet industry requirements.”
