Richard Ball, president and CEO of the filtration manufacturer, said the name change from Baden Technologies Inc to FSI Energy Services Inc more closely aligns the company with its operating subsidiary, FSI International Services Ltd, and more accurately reflects the company’s key product and service offerings.
The company began trading under the new symbol FSI on Canada’s TSX Venture exchange on 23 July 2010.
Through its wholly owned subsidiary
FSI International Services Ltd, FSI Energy Services Inc specialises in customised filtration, filtration-related technologies and brine plants for the international and domestic energy, chemical and water treatment industries.
