BWT expands in UK water treatment business

BWT Group has acquired Culligan International (UK) Ltd, a UK affiliate of the US-based Culligan Group.

“This deal sets one of the last important milestones for BWT´s geographic expansion in Europe. We cordially welcome 160 new employees in UK in our BWT-family,” said Andreas Weissenbacher, BWT CEO.

The acquired Culligan company, now called BWT – Best Water Technology UK Ltd, is headquartered in High Wycombe and has an assembly and logistics centre in Billingham, Cleveland.
