- Dennis Jandik has been named vice president, Asia Pacific Operations, effective 1 February 2013. Jandik is currently vice president, Global Engine Products OEM Sales.
- Roger Miller is promoted to Vice President, Global Engine Products OEM Sales from 1 February 2013. Miller is currently managing director, Australia.
- Thomas Scalf has been appointed vice president, Global Industrial Air Filtration. Scalf is currently general manager, Global Industrial Air Filtration.
