The Vap3 uses latest technology to provide fast, precise and fully automated vapour pressure testing for a wide range of volatile liquids, including gasoline, solvents and light crude oil. Its robust and compact design makes the Vap3 well-suited for laboratory through to mobile applications.
The new instrument features a simple user interface withdigital display and touch screen icons which guide the operator through the testing process. Just one touch to access results, download data, connectivity, or maintenance functions. Results are stored in a 16GB internal memory, for data management and analysis and they can be saved to a USB to allow printing from a computer. LIMS compatibility and printing is provided via Ethernet or Serial Ports.
Vap3 test methods include ASTM 5191, D6378, D5188, EN 13016-1 & 3 and IP 394. It is compliant with both triple and single expansion methods and will report DVPE or VPx depending on the selection.
