Magazine Copy Requirements

Adverts should be supplied in the following formats in order of preference:
1. PDF with fonts embedded
2. EPS with fonts as outlines or embedded
3. Quark with fonts and graphics - NB: We cannot accept ads in Microsoft product formats

Please ensure that:

- All imagery is within CMYK colour space
- Image resolution is at least 300dpi
- Total ink coverage does not exceed 300%
- Composite file not separated

Please note that:

- Overprint and knockout is the responsibility of the originator
- A visual proof should accompany all files for content comparison
- We cannot accept responsibility for colour without a contract proof

Method of Supply:

- CD or Zip disk (If supplying files on disk, please use industry standard CD-ROM. Media must be write protected and contain only the file required for each advertisement.If a disk is being supplied, it should be clearly labelled with the magazine title and issue)
- FTP site: Files can be supplied via our FTP site: please contact us for further information. (When using the FTP site, please upload your files within a folder titled with the client name. Once the file has been uploaded please send an e-mail to your production contact to let them know the file is ready for retrieval.)
