RoboVent expands in Midwest with Bisco Systems acquisition

“Our acquisition of Bisco Systems stands as a testament to our continuing mission of providing the absolute best products and services to our customers,” said John Reid, president of Sterling Heights, Michigan-headquartered RoboVent. “We’re excited to work with Bisco Systems’ existing clients and offer comprehensive solutions to even more customers through this acquisition.”

Specializing in metalwork and heavy machinery environments, RoboVent provides state-of-the-art ventilation systems to improve the quality of production and employee safety. The acquisition of Bisco Systems allows RoboVent to gain a new foothold in local Indiana markets, where the company hopes to grow its presence in the automotive and transportation industries.

“There’s no room for anything less than the highest standards of quality in many of the industries that we service,” said Robovent's Reid. “By continually meeting these standards and doing so in a competitive way, we’re proving our worth again and again. Our expanded presence in the Midwest, thanks to Bisco Systems, allows us the opportunity to again set the standard for optimal performance.”
