A team put together by CETIAT, the study, testing and calibration laboratory in France, has been investingating the problem of particle shedding from HVAC filters. The project is searching for a reproducible method of testing filters in different laboratories. Alain Ginestet and Dominique Pugnet of CETIAT and Magnus Johnsson and Thomas Carlsson of Vokes Air outline what has been discovered to date.
