Mar Cor Purification to acquire
Dialysis Services

Cantel Medical Corp's Mar Cor Purification subsidiary has entered into an agreement to purchase the water-related assets of Dialysis Services, Inc (DSI). DSI, based in Tennessee, USA, designs, installs and services water and bicarbonate systems for use in dialysis clinics, hospitals and university settings. The business being acquired has pre-acquisition revenues of approximately US$1.2 million, and the transaction is scheduled to close on August 1, 2007.

"Building atop our recent acquisition of GE Water & Process Technologies' dialysis water business, we are implementing our strategy to further build out our service network into key geographic areas," said R. Scott Jones, Cantel's President & CEO. "The opportunity to achieve both top and bottom line synergies will serve well in strengthening our water purification and filtration business."

Mar Cor Purification will retain the key sales and service team of DSI, including its COO, Michael Sterling, and VP of operations, Robert Castles.
