New stainless steel separator

Steam specialist TLV Corp has launched the SF1, a stainless steel separator-filter which has been designed to improve heating efficiency and product quality by removing condensate and particulates such as dirt and scale. The SF1 can produced dust/dirt free, high-quality, dry steam or inert gas for food manufacturers, breweries, hospital sterilization and the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.

The separator can reportedly provide improved steam dryness by eliminating water spots by delivering dry steam through TLV's high efficiency cyclone separator and reduced operating cost because the built-in cyclone separator's one piece design reduces installation space requirements. It also eliminates condensate, dirt, and scale before filtering, thus requiring less maintenance and reducing operating costs.

The five-layer sintered wire mesh filter facilitates the cleaning process by trapping dirt on the outside surface, and the body is made of CF8 stainless steel.
