Zeppelin moves into filters

Zeppelin Materials Handling GmbH, a subsidiary of Zeppelin Silos & Systems GmbH, has taken over the commercial operations of FAT Filter und Anlagentechnik GmbH, Berlin.

The company says that due to changing environmental protection regulations, filter technology is becoming more and more important for bulk solids handling.

The acquired technology comprises cartridge filters (for the protection of blowers), bag and flat bag filters (designed as bin vent or aspiration filters) as well as cassette filters (channel filters or compressed-air filters).
